MACKAY & SPOSITO, INC. PRESIDENT/CEO APPOINTED TO SALMON CREEK HOSPITAL FOUNDATION BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Vancouver - MacKay & Sposito, Inc. (M&S) is pleased to announce the appointment of Al Schauer, President/CEO to the Board of Trustees for the Salmon Creek Hospital Foundation, a Legacy Health System hospital.
The Salmon Creek Hospital Foundation provides support for the vision and mission of Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital by raising funds and promoting visibility in the Vancouver community and throughout Southwest Washington. "Our Foundation trustees bring a unique credibility and community connections that play a vital role in fostering relationships between our hospital and the community,” said Foundation President Tomika Anne Dew. “Individuals like Al provide a bridge that help us understand and meet our community's needs, and we are very grateful for the commitment they share with us in our mission to provide the best healthcare to the region."
Schauer has a unique tie to the hospital as M&S was asked to provide the Case Management Services for Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital, as well as the review of Type II and Type III land use applications through a Clark County Community Development on-call contract.
“Volunteerism and community involvement has been a characteristic our company has stood behind since our inception,” said M&S President Al Schauer. “Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital’s commitment to children is close to my heart. The combination of our firm’s commitment to the our community and the excellent work the staff at Legacy is doing to provide healthcare to our region made it an easy decision to become involved as a Trustee.”
