M&S knows water resources. We have been providing our clients with innovative solutions to their water resource projects for over 35 years. We have completed basin studies, designed countless storm water facilities and many miles of storm sewer lines. We have staff with unique water resources training and experience in irrigation planning and design that we bring to every project. Notably, we have the following experience in large pipeline planning and design, pump station design, canal structure design, and reservoir design. We are known for our unique expertise in infrastructure master planning which includes preparing Comprehensive Sewer Plans, pump station designs, S.T.E.P. systems, trunk lines, and local service line replacement projects.
