As their bus fleet grows, C-TRAN has outgrown their existing maintenance facility. This project features a 16,000 square-foot addition that will house a new down-draft paint booth and a new lift. The larger facility will allow C-TRAN to maintaining their growing fleet and will better facilitate maintenance of their longer 60-foot, low-floor, hybrid buses. The building expansion is a concrete tilt-up structure. The project also includes expanding the surrounding parking area.
MacKay Sposito is providing construction inspection for this ongoing project, from initial ground-breaking to final inspection. As part of our work, we are also coordinating all phases of special inspections.
