Founded in 1974 with the acquisition of a branch office of MacKay & Somps, Richard Sposito joined partner Donald MacKay to form MacKay & Sposito, Inc. The firm, then and now, has a steadfast commitment to doing the right thing and to giving generously to our employees and our community.
The Legacy Continues
With Donald MacKay, Richard Sposito and Al Schauer having since retired, Tim Schauer was named company president on January 2, 2009, and took over the CEO role in 2010. As the fourth President in M&S's 35-year history, Tim begins his legacy following in the footsteps of Donald MacKay, Richard Sposito, and Al Schauer.
