M&S offers a wide range of construction management services tailored to meet the specific requirements and needs of our public or private sector clients. Our team of construction managers and inspectors has created tools to assist in successfully coordinating the management and inspection of public and private development projects. These tools include a database to log and track all Contractor submittals and correspondence as well as many of the sub-consultants; forms for use with e-mail to quickly receive, process, and return requests for information; and project sketches and other data to support change orders.
