Land Surveying:
M&S offers state-of-the-art land surveying services to public and private sector clients. The work produced by the survey department for the civil engineering and planning staff addresses the specific needs of each project. Because the surveyor is part of the process from day one, there is no need to “out-source” surveying to a sub-consultant. M&S currently employs five Professional Land Surveyors (P.L.S.) with licenses in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. The field crews are supported by 11 office personnel, five of whom have their Land Surveyors in Training (L.S.I.T.) certification. M&S surveyors specialize in on-call agreements with agencies and private corporations, where the clients’ expectations are known and can continually be met.
