M&S offers Landscape Architectural Services to both public agency and private development clients.  Within the Landscape Architectural team, M&S includes a project management and development group comprised of licensed Landscape Architects and Designers who effectively collaborate with M&S engineering and planning departments.  The group provides a high level of design and technical expertise from the master plan level, construction documentation, and construction management ensuring that the project design is viable and meets the client’s needs.
