Mackay & Sposito, Inc. adds service area
August 25, 2006 — MacKay & Sposito, Inc. (M&S) is pleased to announce the addition of Landscape Architecture to their comprehensive portfolio of services to both public agency and private development clients.
The Landscape Architecture service area will include park and campus master planning as well as design for regional and community neighborhood parks; trails, commercial, retail, and multi family housing. M&S will also manage public involvement processes, permit assistance, and construction management.
Within the Landscape Architectural team, M&S includes a project management and development group comprised of licensed Landscape Architects and Designers who will effectively collaborate with M&S engineering and planning departments. The group provides a high level of design and technical expertise from the master plan level, construction documentation, and construction management ensuring that the project design is viable.
M&S introduces Bryan A. Cole, ASLA as our new Landscape Architecture Manager and Associate. Cole brings to M&S over 15 years of Landscape Architecture experience specializing in planning, permitting, design and construction documentation, construction management, as well as public involvement for public and private projects throughout the Northwest. He has significant expertise in park and recreation projects, campus site planning and design, multi-family housing, urban design, trails, and environmental restoration projects including a pro bono park design for his hometown of Lewiston, ID.
