Mackay Sposito was hired by Clark County to complete the design for a previously approved master planned neighborhood park located in the Felida neighborhood. The scope of services included design, permitting, public involvement, cost estimation, bidding assistance, and limited construction support. Among the amenities were ADA accessible pathways, playground, nature play area, basketball court, site furnishings, stormwater detention and LID facilities, and sustainable low maintenance planting design. Construction of both parks was completed in December 2016.
