Oct 29, 2025 in News

We are proud to share that Paul Smith, Vancouver Branch Manager and Interim NW Region Vice President at MacKay Sposito, has been appointed to the Board of Directors for Identity Clark County (ICC).

Identity Clark County is a nonprofit organization “comprised of highly respected business leaders who seek to strengthen our community, making it a desired place where people can land, live, and learn for a lifetime.” Paul joins this distinguished group of community leaders who are dedicated to driving positive change and fostering growth across Southwest Washington.

Paul’s appointment reflects the leadership, expertise, and integrity that define both him and our company. We are proud to have one of our own representing MacKay Sposito among such an accomplished group of regional leaders.

With more than 20 years of experience in civil engineering, Paul brings extensive knowledge in public works and land development. His work has included managing major projects, such as the Tehaleh master-planned community, and leading initiatives that have made a meaningful impact throughout the Pacific Northwest. Most recently, Paul helped the Sumner-Bonney Lake School District advance a large-scale construction program, exemplifying his ability to guide complex initiatives with collaboration, creativity, and vision.

Beyond his professional achievements, Paul dedicates his time to Scouting America and his church, where he focuses on mentoring and developing future leaders. His commitment to community service and leadership excellence aligns closely with ICC’s mission and MacKay Sposito’s core values.

I appreciate the opportunity to serve alongside the other ICC Board members who have contributed so much to the Clark County community,” Paul said. “I’ll do my best to reward their trust in me by matching their efforts in the same cause.”

We congratulate Paul on this well-deserved appointment and look forward to the positive impact he will continue to make – both within our company and in the communities we serve.
