When Grant County PUD built a new building to house their hydro engineering and support staff, they turned to trusted partner MacKay Sposito to provide construction inspection.
The new building is approximately 40,000 sf. It was constructed using steel framing and tilt-up concrete wall construction. It contains nine conference rooms and office space for 120 engineers and support staff. In addition to the building, the project also included an extensive parking lot, storm drainage improvements, and sanitary and water system improvements.
Besides providing inspection services for the civil improvements, MacKay Sposito also provided mechanical inspections for the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
