In 2019, MacKay Sposito created MacKay Sposito Constructors in response to repeated client requests for an integrated delivery model of our design services. Making the shift from design only to design-build was relatively easy given that many of our staff had previous careers in the construction field. This wholly-owned subsidiary of MacKay Sposito is licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana to provide design and construction services with a focus on honesty, dedication, and relationships.Our goal as your design-build contractor is to provide you with early visibility into the project schedule and efficient project delivery. MacKay Sposito Constructors answers the needs of the owner through the entire life of the project by providing a single point of contact and overall quality management from the time of project development through award, execution, and project closeout. We serve so our communities thrive.
