People who know Paul describe him with phrases like “detailed,” “problem-solver,” and “steadfast." Paul is all of these things and more. His wide-ranging experience includes work in land development, transportation, utility infrastructure, and shoreline recreation facilities. He is also a member of the Leadership Tri-Cities Class of 2015. Paul uses all of this experience to effectively manage our Tri-Cities design team, oversee the company's engineering QA/QC program, and provide technical guidance to design staff company-wide.
