  • Performed a boundary and topographic survey of the site for the design and reconfiguration of the 37-acre campus
  • Mapped Evergreen Highway adjacent to the site
  • Underground utility locates were coordinated both onsite with private locators and within the public right-of-way
  • Boundary research, monumentation ties, and calculates were performed
  • Prepared legal descriptions for a boundary line adjustment required for jurisdictional permitting
