Tehaleh Heights Elementary School east of Bonney Lake, WA is a new school
for Sumner-Bonney Lake School District. The school will provide much needed
capacity to alleviate overcrowding of existing facilities and support future
growth in the area. MacKay Sposito is proud to provide land surveying and civil
engineering design services for the site.

Our services included topographic and construction staking land surveying as
well as civil engineering design to support grading, utilities and frontage
improvements. Our team developed fill and grade plans, erosion control plans,
utility plans for sanitary, storm, water and dry utilities to the site and provided
construction administration. We also coordinated with the District’s
transportation and consultant team to locate, design and construct frontage
improvements and site access.
